This book is 24th out of 40 volumes that Banyasamjang
translated ¡¸Bohyeonhaengwonpum (ÜÅúçú¼êÃù¡)¡¹part of ¡ºHwaeomgyeong
Scriptures¡» into Chinese. This edition was printed
from Goryeo wood engravings: National Treasure No.206
kept in Haeinsa Temple. There are designs in gold
and silver on the deep blue cover and the title
of ¡¸Daebanggwangbul Hwaeomgyeong Volume 24 (ÓÞÛ°ÎÆÝÖü¤åñÌèÏéð¯ì£ä¨ÞÌ)¡¹
is printed in gold. It is assumed that the wood
engraving was made in the 12~13th century and that
the printing was done in the 14th century according
to the book cover¡¯s color, design, paper quality
and printing status, etc. This copy is similar to
the Jeongwonbon which is already designated as Treasure
No.1017.This document is 22.5cm long and the size
of a page is 30.5¡¿48.8cm. There are 24 lines, each
of which has 17 characters. Pages are folded every
